Chef Simone Merati

Chef Simone's career in hotels started early in the School of Culinary Arts of Milano, by falling in love for the way I could make people happy by delighting them with infinite combinations of flavors and colors.

Finishing school he decided to go to London and start an amazing adventure around the world visiting Australia, Asia, Europe and America, learning new and unique flavors as well as innovative and traditional culinary techniques.

Fours years ago Chef Simone had the pleasure to start the project Casa Malca where as Food and Beverage Manager and Executive Chef he constantly discovered new dimensions of the spectacular Mexican cuisine.
